will arrange site Visits for you or your representative.

- Appointing a Local Lawyer –
If you do not have your own solicitor GoaPropertyDeals can recommend a few
leading property solicitors in Goa. You can appoint any one of them to
thoroughly check and verify that all titles, documentation etc are in place
before you buy the property. The solicitor would then handle all you legal
work from agreement for sale, registration of property etc.

Coordination & Follow-up –
Regular follow-up with the solicitor and
co-ordination with you. We would update you on the various stages of
construction of you property through email.
